7. Where is your campus located?

Step 1: Send your inquiries to VNU-IS to receive customized program advisory
Step 2: Complete your registration on VNU online registration portal
Step 3: Submit your complete application to VNU-IS admission office via email: admission@vnuis.edu.vn and pay admission fee
Step 4: Admission interview with VNU-IS
Step 5: Receive your Letter of Enrollment (LOA)
Step 6: DHL your original documents to VNU-IS admission office for verification
Step 7: Apply for VNU-IS international scholarships (if your application meets the requirement of the scholarship)
Step 8: Accept your LOA by paying required fees (international student administration fee, deposit fee)
Step 9: Complete visa process
Step 10: Pack your bags and be ready for VNU-IS


I. Admission procedures

- High school graduation with minimum GPA 2.5/4 or equivalent. 
- Having academic records of full high school duration (e.g: Grade 10, 11 &12).
- Appropriate English proficiency certificate including a minimum IELTS score of 5.5 or Level 4 of Vietnamese Standardized Test of English Proficiency (VSTEP) or equivalent for candidates from non-English speaking countries. 
- Pass the admission interview with VNU-IS.
- Graduate from high school no more than 10 years (special cases to be considered)

2. Application requirement:

- International Application Form
- High School Diploma/Certificate
- High school gradesheet of all years
- Bank statement or payslips to prove your ability to support your study in Vietnam. This must show you or your sponsor have at least enough tuition of 1 year in the bank account
- Passport scan
- Medical check-up certificate
- Criminal Record Clearance
- Student CV
- Scholarship application form if you wish to apply
If your official language if not English, you nees to submit your English Proficiency Certificate (TOEFL or IELTS) with the result equivalenet to IELTS 5.5.
All your documents must be English. Otherwise, the documents must be translated into English and get Consular Legalization
